About cashback
How much does it cost to use Esportik?
Nothing. Creating an account and shopping through Esportik is free. There are no fees or charges coming out of your pocket.
Do I pay more for shopping through Esportik?
No. You pay exactly the same price as if you’d gone to the store on your own. Cashback comes from the commission the store pays us for the referral, not from a markup on the product.
How much cashback will I get?
It depends on the store. Each one sets its own percentage, so you’ll see different figures depending on where you shop. The rate always appears on the store’s page before you head off to buy.
About money and payments
How long until cashback is confirmed?
Usually a few weeks to a couple of months. A purchase first sits as pending while the store waits for its return window to close. Once it treats the sale as final, the cashback turns confirmed and you can use it.
Why does a purchase show as “pending”?
That’s normal. The store hasn’t closed the order yet: it’s checking that the purchase was delivered and that you haven’t returned it. Until then, the amount is reserved for you but not yet withdrawable.
What happens if I return a product?
If you return the purchase, the store cancels the commission and, with it, the cashback attached to it. It makes sense: no sale, no commission to share.
How do I withdraw my money?
Once you have confirmed cashback, you can request a withdrawal and we’ll send it by bank transfer to the account you provide. The request is logged and we process it over the following days.
About supporting a club or athlete
Do I have to donate my cashback?
No, it’s your call. You can keep the money or direct it to an athlete or club. Plenty of people do a bit of both, depending on the purchase.
Can I change who I support?
Yes. You can pick a different profile whenever you like. Changes apply to your next purchases, not to ones already under way.
Who can I support?
Any athlete or club with a profile on Esportik. Have a look through the available profiles and choose the one closest to your heart.
When something doesn’t add up
I made a purchase and the cashback isn’t showing. What do I do?
First, be patient: it can take a few hours to register and then weeks to confirm. For a purchase to track properly, always go to the store from Esportik right before you buy, and finish the order in the same session. A very strict ad blocker, or using a separate discount coupon along the way, can stop the store from recognising us as the source. If it still hasn’t appeared after a few days, write to us with the order details and we’ll look into it.
Is it safe to shop through Esportik?
You make the purchase directly on the store’s own website, with its own payment gateway. We never see your card details: we only record that the visit came from Esportik so we can credit you the cashback.
